Tell us about your place of residence, city or region, activity and what you love about your hometown.

I’m currently living in Florence, which has been such a beautiful chapter in my life. That said, I still spend a lot of my time in Umbria—my heart is deeply rooted there. There’s something incredibly sacred about the land; the energy is nurturing, calming, and healing. Whenever I return, I feel reconnected—not just to nature, but to myself. It's a place where time slows, and the earth speaks.

Your must-see addresses near you?

I actually just released a Florence Wellness Guide for this very reason—so that people can experience the city beyond the tourist lens and find moments of peace, especially during the hectic summer months. A few of my absolute favorites:

Floret – a serene spot with nourishing, healthy meals.

Cortese Café 900 – everything is organic and raw, and they make their own almond milk fresh every day.

5eCinque – the perfect place for a simple, delicious lunch rooted in local recipes and seasonal ingredients.

Trattoria Cammillo – an elegant, timeless setting for a dinner date that feels both classic and special.

Your favorite places on Earth?

Umbria will always be home—its rhythm, its earth, its authenticity. And Paris has a piece of my soul too. I’m endlessly inspired by its beauty, its elegance, and the way it invites you to romanticize life.

Do you think it’s important to travel, and why?

Travel has played such a transformative role in my life—especially solo travel. Before being with my fiancé, Romeo, I explored the world mostly on my own. When you travel alone, you see things differently. You notice the small details, the sounds, the scents—you connect more

deeply. And you meet yourself in ways that can only happen in unfamiliar places. It’s such a powerful way to grow.

What do you think about the future of travel and what we, as citizens, need to consider?

We can’t talk about travel without acknowledging its environmental impact. It’s something I take very seriously. I try to slow travel whenever I can—stay longer, go deeper, and support local communities. Travel shouldn’t just be about seeing a place, but about being in relationship with it.

What would you advise?

Be mindful. Move slower. Listen more. Support what’s local and real. Travel not to escape, but to expand.

As a woman, how do you see the future of our land and societies?

The soil is dying—and that’s not just poetic, it’s factual. We’ve taken so much from Mother Earth, and it’s time we give back. My farm project in Umbria was born from that very desire—to nourish the soil, grow real food, and create a movement rooted in regeneration and community. We owe it to future generations to restore what we’ve harmed.

How do you think you can contribute to it?

My life’s work is devoted to creating a more conscious way of living—through food, nature, and meaningful connection. My farm is my love letter to the earth.

What would be your travel dream?

Right now, I have a deep pull toward Africa. There’s something calling me there—an ancestral wisdom, a richness I want to witness and honor.
